1. Overview of the Services

Digital Tonic provides a collection of lightweight, free-to-use, browser-based tools, such as:

• QR code generation
• Image and icon conversion (e.g., SVG to PNG, favicon creation)
• JWT decoding
• Other similar utilities, which may be added or modified over time

The Services are provided without requiring user accounts or authentication. All functionality is offered as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The Services are intended for personal or internal business use, not for large-scale commercial exploitation unless explicitly permitted by Digital Tonic.

You argree not to:

• Use the Services in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload, generate, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality or security of the Services
• Use automated tools, scripts, or APIs in a manner that imposes excessive load or degrades service performance (unless explicitly permitted in future API offerings)

We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to the Services for any user violating these Terms.

3. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any text, images, files, data, or other materials you upload, submit, or process using the Services ("User Content").

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You own, or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use, process, upload, or modify the User Content;
• Your User Content does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any third party;
• You will not upload or process content for which you do not have authorization.

Digital Tonic does not monitor User Content and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the use, upload, or processing of User Content.

4. No Storage of User Content

We do not store or retain User Content.
Any files, images, icons, text, or data you submit are processed temporarily - either in your browser or in transient memory - to provide the requested output. Once processing is complete, the User Content is not saved, logged, or retrievable.

Because we cannot store, review, or access User Content, you acknowledge that:

• We cannot assist you in recovering lost or deleted content;
• We cannot monitor for copyright violations or other improper use;
• You are fully responsible for ensuring proper rights to use the content you process.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services use third-party providers, including:

• Google Analytics (for anonymous usage metrics)
• Google AdSense (for advertising)

These third parties may collect information such as IP address, device information, or browsing behavior, subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Digital Tonic does not control or access the data collected by these providers.

Your use of the Services constitutes agreement to these third-party practices.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including the website design, functionality, code, and all associated materials, are owned by Digital Tonic, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Digital Tonic claims no ownership over any User Content.
You retain all rights to the content you process.

If you believe that material processed through or associated with the Services violates your copyright, you may notify us at:

Although we do not store User Content, we will review your request and take action appropriate under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), including disabling access to specific tools or features if necessary.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:

• That the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• That outputs generated by the Services will be accurate, compliant, or suitable for any particular purpose
• That files processed through the Services will be free of defects or remain unaltered

You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Tonic, LLC and its members, officers, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Any claims relating to User Content, including copyright infringement, misuse, or unauthorized distribution

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

10. Changes to the Services

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
